1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leylo AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leylo AI is a design intelligence platform that analyzes websites, extracts design tokens, and provides AI-powered design assistance including prompt generation, design audits, and reference discovery.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or use another person's account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Billing

Leylo AI uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use features such as site analysis or AI conversations. Credit balances reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time.

Refunds: All credit purchases, top-ups, and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Credits already consumed cannot be restored.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users.
• Circumvent usage limits or credit systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Leylo AI. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (e.g., exported prompts). You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leylo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
